1.3 HP OPS collects background location data of the user with “Prominent Disclaimer”. Team members of the highway police are the user of the app. The key feature of the app is to help the nearest person who is seeking help in case of emergency like accident, robbery etc. We are using the background location of the team members of the Highway Police of Bangladesh to receive notification with accurate location from the help seeker. We are not using the data for any other purpose.

2.1. Personal Information: If you choose to provide us with personal information, we may use it to respond to your inquiries, provide support, or fulfill your requests. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties unless explicitly stated or with your consent.
